this one boggles my mind to this day, one of the most popular/iconic japanese cars and it's not premium yet the older Mk.III Supra is? along with multiple Miatas, a Fiat 500, etc etc...PD really dropped the ball with this one...is it likely that a premium version will ever be released as DLC?

Ive been thinking the same thing I was very happy to see the mkIII since I had one at one time

Doubt it, same argument has been made with the Bugatti Veyron

Eh, it was a really sad thing for all supra fans when the carlist was official.
Really one of the most popular japanese car ever.
But also we don't have a premium celica. Or a trueno. But we have PRIUS.
They hate toyota maybe lol.
I'm happy just because, at least, we have two premium super gt supras, but we really needed a road version.

Come to think of it...they have Skyline P, Supra P (yes, MkIII but it's still a Supra), MX-5 P, RX-7 P, NSX P, Lancer P, Imprezza P but they don't have one of the most iconic japanese cars in P - AE86.
PD made some really strange moves, I mean Supra MkIV, Pagani Zonda, Bugatti Veyron and many more amazing cars (LMP, Group C, Group B etc.) are all standards, yet we have 2 (almost) identical Suzuki Swifts as premiums.

Well the 2 Swifts were probably easy to make.So they made 2

LOL... I guess the didn't watch The Fast and the Furious.

But on a serious note - I've been to many many track days. Not once have I seen a Mk IV Supra built for road course action. They all seem to be 1/4 mile or highway roll monsters.

This makes me wonder why they didn't the same for most other Skyline models, for example. There is already a Premium one for each of the last 4 generations. We could have had used premium models right away.

They couldn't get hold of one as there aren't any stock mkIV Supra's left in the world. Boy racers got hold of them all and ruined them.
