Supra Tuning Bug?! Help

Ok guys I am Rank 50 and have all performance parts unlocked

My problem is I did all the upgrades and got it to the following before something odd happened which I will explain..

So I had it at 9.23 @ 237 kmh with 1099 HP right?

I was cruising around the city having fun in my fuly tuned supra BEFORE heading back to my garage then I browsed over the performance and it randomly changed to 9.26 seconds? I have not changed anything and infact I reverted everything back to stock and now I can't get it to 9.23 ?? please someone can you check if this is a glitch with your supra or what is going on?

Fully tuned is suppose to be 9.23 @ 237 kmh with 1099 HP right?

Edit: It's cool guys I fix'd it... check out my new stats... insane!!

One of my cars went from 500hp to 499hp. It was either the Foxbody or the R32, don't remember.

Sorry I'm trying to find an answer... I know it's only 0.03 seconds difference but that is not the point.. it should be at 9.23 and I would like someone else with a fully tuned Supra to see if this happened to them aswell to determine if it's actually a bug or not
 
All cars seem to randomly have fluid stats. Even adding parts that don't effect the engine reduce hp or acceleration for some reason...
 
Nvm guys I got it to 9.13 @ 267 ahahah woot woot check it out baby... nothing can stop me now

It happens, as I saw my F40's quoted times do the same thing. I don't put much stock in those numbers, though.

It's cool I got it to 0-100 @ 2.26 1/4mile @ 9.13 @ 267 TopSpeed @ 365 and HP @ 1099... I think I got the best supra now... see my above video for proof...
