Supra vs Skyline GT-R...

I still think GT-Rs are faster

So now we're talking JGTC huh? I think the supra has more balls, although a plain stock supra has nothing against a stock skyline. I just guess TRD's been working harder on tuning their 'baby' than the Nismo boys

Well, I'd say a properly tuned Skyline isn't easy for any Supra. But it's hard to say without any r/l experience of both cars..

The Supra is good, but remember it only won by a couple of points in the overall JGTC 2001 standings (2 pts i think) and GT-R's finished piled up behind the Esso Supra...

The again there was 6 different winners in 7 championship rounds, it was an all open championship...

Yeah true, but when fully tuned, I think still the Skylines are better.

The GTR has to be Rear wheel drive in Jgtc because its in the rules... so both cars are kinda on the same level.

but in real life though, I think the skyline will win on the track or highway etc..

There was an awesome RX-7 in blue in GT2, (wasn't it an A-Spec?)

Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec II R34 - 1560 ibs, 1072 max hp
Toyota Supra RZ - 1510 ibs, 1081 max hp

to correct the first post... It was a Skyline that won the 2001 JGTC champoinship, and in 2000 it was an NSX. The Supra won it twice, both time it was the Castrol Supra.
