Honda S500. I just stuck it on N1 tires, went around Autumn Ring, and I was drifting every corner. It is such a ridiculously fun car, I even entered it into the Formula championship.

I bought the Subaru 360 and finished the 'Ring in 17 minutes and 58.

well let's just round it to 18 minutes :D

Toyota Prius, theres something about tossing a bore-hole of a car round a track. It actually handles pretty well, and the mileage rules 👍.
 
For me it was Honda S2000 LM Race Car... For me easy to handle and fun to drive 👍
 
Someone posted the amuse carbon earlier which i'll definitely agree with being a good suprize

another one was the suzuki gsx-r4 concept which is just a tiny car with a big motorcycle engine in it

what i found a nice suprize was going around high speed ring in the zonda 7.3 and realizing that the car has no ability to keep it's rear in line on the S3 tires through the turns but the gobs of power kept it going in something of the right direction
 
Not really a goodie, but i was so surprised by how bad the veyron handles, its pulling power is immense but it refuses to turn at almost any speed, it has like 2 stages of turning and you can see when it kicks in.

As for a nice ride, the WRX Rallycar Prototype 01 (bugeye) is doing some sweet laps, very enjoyable to drive.
 
Are there any cars faster than the Veyron & Citroen GT? Getting tired of these cars on Super at the oval.

I was surprised at The performance of the Beetle CUp CAR by volkswagen. Its very nice to drive in trial mountain. I am trying to beat the 1'34 record using 207hp maximum and Im starting to feel like Ive got a chance with the Cup Car.
Then I realized its an FF car!
Hehehe. SO that's why its so easy to handle.
 
The mercedes 190 e evolution because it's a lot faster than you expect and it sounds wonderfull

Spoon S2000 Race Car.

In other GT games, I thought it was pretty underwhelming. But there's an overtake Challenge where you drive the S2000, and I was surprised by how fast it was. When I got the chance, I bought it and went to the High Speed Ring. It was constatly revving, and the acceleration was much better! So much that I topped out at 165 MPH!

One of the Skylines. (Remember the one with the flashers?) In info it said it was something about 300 HP, but when bought it showed well over 550 HP. It was my fastest car for pretty long time...

Yeah, there is! Forgot the name, but I remember manufacturer - Peugeot. Some 90s LMS version of white-silverish Peugeot. I think it was 905... It's fast, though.
