Surround sound on GT5?

Ok just a quick question;

I have my surround sound system hooked up via cable at the rear of the PS3 and can get surround sound on everything except GT5, anything I need to do for this?

Check your gt5 setttings there is an option there

Gone through all that and can't seem to get it working :/

Only 2 options on the main PS3 menu not highlighted are the 2 linear ones, is this part of the problem?

I'll check when I get on againin 10 hours, and use a pc instead of my phone to answer. If someone else haven't answered. I had some 5.1 issues too

You sure you checked the GT5 settings, not the PS3 settings? Go to the options section at the main menu. There's a sound tab somewhere. I use a surround sound too, and I think that's where I went.

Greetings, did you get this sorted?
I run a 7.1 set up through my onkyo amp. No problems.
Make sure you haved changed the gt5 settings in audio menu to 5.1/7.1

We also need more info. What cables are plugged into what devices? If your using more than one cable try what I suggested in your other thread.
