Suspending Championship

Hi, i have searched the forum and can't find any answers.

I'm just doing a championship that i haven't done and I want to stop and play later. Now, if i suspend it when this race is finished and switch my playstation off and switch it back on etc. Will I be able to come out of the championship (it'll load up to the championship screen as it does) and play online or something and join back to the championship later?
 
No, when you have a championship or race suspended, you can't do anything else while you are in the middle of it.
