suzuka 1000km

I'm on lap 86 and blowing by every car. I picked the Xanavi gtr and set the power limiter to 455hp in hopes of making it a challenge. What sucks is it has rained tthe entire tiime. The other cars drive incredibly slow in the rain. I don't understand why. I'm hoping it quits raining soon.

My question for those of you that have done the 1000km, does it ever quit raining?
