Suzuka F111 w shifter

basically I can get this wheel for very cheap, I'm casual player but used to be good tbf.. does this wheel have real ffb or no? please, any advice welcome because I don't want something I'll throw from balcony if I get it.. 😆 anyone has it? also how is H shifter?

Some quick Googling told me that this might have vibration motors, but no real FFB.
