I'm trying to do this series yet no matter how much I tune my car the GSX/Rs are always faster at Tsukuba. I've got lvl 2 turbo, racing chip, nos, lvl 3. weight reduction, and a racing exhaust. It's not that I'm a super bad driver cuz I've dun all missions (except 34) and liscence tests. What did you do to beat the last race. Any help is appreciated.

I also equipped sport soft tires, with all drivetrain upgrades, and a few good horsepower additions. I overkilled it in order to hurriedly get my GSX/R :D Boy will you love that car

i tuned it up to practically full with turbo's and got my ass kicked. NA stage 3 and racing tyres, slaughtered them

I upgraded my brakes - I installed the back end of the GSX/R on my front bumper at the end of each straight. Strange thing is they went off the track and took too much time to recover.

Not too many laps here so super soft tyres will do the trick if money is no object.

Use the settings I made for it (the link is in my signature.) I won with S2 tires and had at least a 5 second lead by the end of the race for each race, including Tsukuba.

I used to have a problem with it, early in the game.
I came back real months later, now with tons of cash, bought every darn part, tuned it up and I showed the GSX's who's boss!!!
The problem before was that I didn't buy enough!

i think this works but have you car all fully tuned set on "SET A" but enter the race with your stock setting in "SET B" then go to settings then change it back to "SET A"

do you get what i mean if not i dont know how to say it any easier

I used to have a trouble winning Seattle. At some point I got so frustrated, I fitted a rear wing on my S2 :yuck: . After this I easily won the race. I think I paid another Cr. 500 to have the wing removed afterwards....:sly:

You can use the edit button if you want to add to a post or correct some spelling or grammar mistakes it's preferred to double posting by the mods and also saves typing a whole new post and saves space on the page too 👍.

drifterboy, I have no idea why you would change from set A then to set B then back to set A, switching set's doesn't alter the settings saved into each set so it just seems pointless changin from set to set like that, maybe I'm just not getting what you mean though.

I had previously won the Suzuki concept-s2, so i decided to have a go in this.

My first attempt was not great, so i decided to spend some money tuning the S2. I equipped it with racing brakes, stage 2 turbo and a racing muffler and finally a stage 2 weight reduction.

I tried again, hoping that the money i had spent would pay off... it did! I came first and won the series collecting the GSX-R/4 prize car!

I hope this helps.
:) :)

From memory I didn't want to reduce my potential A-spec points so I only added Nitrous Oxide (forgot what I set it at), I remember it was close but it was enough for me to win.
