Is the escudo the fastest car in gt4? If so, what is the best vehicle for beating that Hard Cathedral rocks thing?

The Escudo is not the fastest car on tarmac tracks. The FGT, Group C, or LMPs can easily beat it there. On dirt however, it is difficult to master. Practice with a standard rally car or Group B rally car will be easier.

In terms of speed, it has breakneck acceleration. However, the handling on it is absolutely imperfect. And the Toyota RSC Rally Raid can take on any dirt event and win.

I do have one question? Why do you start new threads all the time when there is a search feature? I mean Ive seen a few of your threads and most of them get locked for good reason.

I mean, what vehicle will be the easiest way to beat that event.
Try the Subaru Impreza Super Touring Car. It's a nice rally car.
The thing is. It's a touring car, not a rally car.

But the Impreza Super Touring Car (or LM Race Car in GT3) can be driven on rallies. And it's quite good at it. Why wouldn't this Impreza win rallies? It has 415 horsepower (quite a bit if you're looking for a rally car, and power mods put it up north of 600), and the 4WD is perfect for off road stages.

Try a Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 (non-Evo II), Renault 5 Turbo, maybe a Bluebird rally car if you're feeling it. I suppose no one can tell you what to drive. You should pick for yourself.

Im having problems with those too especially coz I sold all my rally cars in order to buy one of the black cars

Im working on picking up one of the subary rally cars, the one that comes with 400+ foot pounds of torque. It can be bought for 750k

Anyone have experience with that one???

I tried the renault 5 car, not the white one but the dark colored one. That thing is amazing on road courses, I absolutely hate it on dirt tracks...

Try something a bit slower Makina. Speed usually tends to just make you spin, unless you have a fair bit of experience. Heck, even during the ice arena license test I was spinning every 2nd try. Still managed to pull a gold. :dopey:

In my opinion, the Escudo is a bit over-rated, it being the fastest car in GT3 and all, but also because it isnt really that great in rally events when you've chucked a stage 4 turbo in it and fiddled with the parts.

Also, check out the car guide to check out if the car you're looking for can be won, or even better, a better version of the car can be won.

I've done it using a stock Spec-C with a 100hp nitrous kit. It's easier if you end up facing the Evo WRC '03 in both directions, facing the Scooby WRC is a completely different kettle of fish and 10 times harder to beat.
