Well i have an itch to ask this question. How many of you GTP members do actually swear? It could be in any situation, either in this forum, on Myspace, during an online chat, in real life either at work or at home. Would like to have some sort of feedback :)

As for me, i guess some of you should know i love to 🤬 swear! ;)
 
I swear a lot, but only around people that I am familiar with (friends). I refrain from swearing around people that I don't know, or if I'm at a public place (restaurants for example).
 
I try to keep it down. Sometimes I have to when I'm around my best friends, but that's about it.

Although some of my friends and I send racial slurs flying everywhere. Does that count? Even if they aren't real words?
 
I swear a lot.

Then again, I drive a lot.
 
In real life, I never swear.

I've used profanity a few times on the PC but I usually tend to avoid it.
 
I rarely swear unless I'm frustrated at something. Never infront of family and relatives though.
 
I swear a lot, though usually not heavily when in public and surrounded by strangers.

You haven't lived until your 6-year-old looks you in the eye at breakfast time and says "Just make the ****ing sandwiches!"
 
I follow the time and place philosophy.

Yes, when I'm around mates, probably too much at times. It's nothing to do with looking or acting "big", it's just that so many swear words are easier to day than something sophistacated and insulting.

No, when I'm around family. My mum tends to get annoyed when I do, my dad will use swear wors for the next 5 mins just to make his point, and my little bro' and sis' would grass me up to them in an instance.

Now, on a sports field, I'm terrible unless I know kids are around. Though I never swear at the ref, probably something taken from playing rugby so long.

I swear pretty much. Though, during the Super-license in GT4 the average swear-per-minute ratio drastically went up.

I am swearing alot more than I use to. To the point that it bothers me, but I am super stressed out at the moment that dropping the F-bomb seems easier than actually explaining how I feel most of the time. Of course, just about everything gets the F word these days because just about everything around here rubs me the wrong way right now.

Effing idiot college brats :grumpy: Dealing with way too many stupid Frat and Sorority girls these days. Way way too many.

So yeah, I would swear on a bit if I wasn't homicidal right now. Honest.

That's me exactly. I really don't like to swear, but these days everything just send me over the edge easier than they used to. Hopefully someday I can calm it down with the expletives. :nervous:

As for the topic, sometimes. Really depends, but I mostly do it in a fun gesture. I don't actually mean it.
