Switches on car

Hi,

I was wondering in the hype of 0/0/0 car collecting, what does it matter if there is 1 switch from sitting in the car...(or pressing the wrong button on receiving the car)

I understand if the switch comes from modifying or painting that it would be a problem, but from entering the car...?

Please let me know :)

In the trading world, the better the condition of something, the more value it has from its base value. It also makes it rarer. The concept was adopted to GT5 as switches and miles, even though GT5 never took switches into consideration of value. Wins also got into the mix to fine tune the value increments.
 
I guess it is the same reason Vesta insisted that her priestesses be celibate.
 
Yeah it is a dilemma, I have about 300 0/0 cars..
but yesterday I received one and by accident I pressed "wanna use?" [Yes].
So now there is a switch on my RUF....

Shall I trade again for a new one or just keep it like this and get a life.....:D

Buy it from the OCD ? There's 4 in there at the minute . 👍

Yeah, I bought my own OCD, and collected all other available colors....
Just one that came from a friend got a switch like that..

But I will just ignore it.....

Sorry to hear that.

I'm not so much into collecting triple 0 's myself , the pleasure of driving them is my passion I guess.

I agree it's all a bit stupid I only started collecting 0/0 because I was losing out on trades for daring to drive my cars!

Now for some reason and I hate myself for it, it matters to me in my life haha my girlfriend thinks I've gone insane!

Little off topic, did you get the superbird last night?

Silly question. If it's got a switch on it now, of course you'll have to trade for the same model/color again. And there's no point keeping a 1 switch car with 0 miles, so you may as well drive it now. ;)

I think if he could have gotten it from the OCD, he wouldn't have needed to trade for it. I already had all the ones in the OCD. Yet, I'm still missing 5!

Yeah I also like to drive...but A-spec was short so I started a second acocunt to do it again....most fun recently was the 4H Nürburgring.

And the collecting is just a side hobby, after reaching all models including all non-paintables, I now started to replace them with 0/0...

We got to do something :P

My gf was upset too about this insane collecting hobby, but since I told her it was just a hobby like she plays PC games...she is fine with it now.

Off topic, I haven't had time to start up the ps3..and since I have a work drink later today, I even hope to get home in time before reset.
And sober enough not to screw up things... 👍

Good point .

I just buy whatever I don't have already from the UCD or the OCD , I take no interest in their mileage . I have 1073 cars now so finding something new to buy is rare for me .
