Switching from PS4 to PS5, have trouble dowlaoding PS5 version GT7

Hello all,

I bought GT7 when it launched on physical disc version and it came with a PS4 code to install and play on PS4, which worked perfectly fine. Now Im upgrading to PS5 but after logging into my account I have no way to install GT7 on PS5 version, only PS4. If I try to redeem the code again it says I already have it.
On the PS Store I only have the option to buy the full game again.

I'm guessing I would need a disc reader on my PS5 to be able to insert the GT7 disc and download the PS5 version, right?
Is there any other way? Thank you.

Yes. The disc is the licence for the disc version of the game.
