Hey ppl the bush fires in NSW have finally reach Wattle Grove on the outer west sydney area. It is very close to my house. I took some photos with the digi camera.
Man, it's pretty bad here, guys. 36 deg celsius, high winds, and huge plumes of smoke to the north west and south west of the city. Traffic's bad too - power's playing up, and the M4's closed because of a grass fire. Glad I live where I do...
Dam u Vat_Man the funny thing is i moved around this area in 97 i lived at hammondville we got evacuated there and i moved to Wattle Grove whichs about 5mins away from where i use to live and there is a bush fire just up the road werid aint it.

UPDATE: Fire in wattle grove which is near my house has settled down a lot so could be out by tomorrow. Also the wind direction has changed towards the bush and not the homes.
Hey, the fire was about 1 km from my house and it had massive plumes, but it was extuinguished last night and now there is one about 5 km away from my house but it is under control. Some of my friends who lived right near there evacuated so im filling them in.
