T300 Problem Auto-Center calibrate?

My Thrustmaster T300 Alcantara Ferrari wheel is problem bad Auto-center calibrate.
Bought in 13-04-2016 - Today. (almost 3 week)

Got problem my T300 wheel feel change force feedback and auto-ceter failure. I can't perfect driving and bad racing-line problem calibrate auto-center feel heavy ffb, turn left or right wheel feels hard to straight. (I set 0% Auto-Center still problem like 100%, When brand new, set 0% was work no problem auto-center so light ffb.)

Tried unplug and plug a lot times same problem auto-center bad. When brand new a wheel was great feels.
PC and PS3 both is problem too.

I have G27 wheel only without pedals is dead, G27 calibrate still good 4 years.

How fix? what i do? I should do send to Warranty in shop? (I have 2 years warranty)

How your feels auto-center calibrate? Who has T300 wheel.

I still bad speak english can't perfect! sorry.

i can't see shortcut for pc platform. How can i calibration t300 gte on pc? My center point is %50.2.

On PC, access the Control Panel, then adjust the rotation angle to 1080°.
Turn the steering wheel fully to the left (until you reach the stop).
Turn the steering wheel fully to the right (until you reach the stop).
Make sure that your steering wheel is perfectly centered ; while holding it in this position, press the SCROLL + RIGHT PADDLE Shifter + MODE buttons simultaneously.

To make sure the steering wheel is perfectly centered, I use Sola PT 5 20 level(fits perfectly between the paddle shifters).
