Hello all,
So, after having purchased a T300 RS from Amazon around the beginning of January of this year, I have to say that for the first five or so weeks everything was working great. The wheel was smooth, quiet, and felt like an absolute world of difference in comparison to the DFGT that I was using throughout GT5 & GT6.
About a week and a half ago though, problems started to arise. Both the brake & gas pedal now squeak like bicycle horns (lmfaooo, really though) when either pressed down on or upon release of pressure, the wheel itself creaks loudly every time it centers upon corner exit or when I simply waver from side to side, and now out of nowhere two nights ago a large “dead zone” has appeared anytime I’m driving in a straight line. This dead zone spans in between 40 & 60 on the axis according to the thrustmaster “wheel setup “ application that can be used when the wheel is plugged into my PC.
Needless to say, I’m really disappointed about this now and I have no idea what to do in order to fix this dead zone issue. It is completely impeding on my enjoyment of GT sport and I really want to get it figured out and hopefully fixed. Any suggestions as to what I should do about this???
Sorry for the long read, by the way.
