T300 throttle ProblemsPS4

last night after using the wheel for a few races with no problems the throttle just stopped working. I tried resetting, disconnecting Etc but nothing fixed it. I then tried to configure the pedal settings and the throttle was recognised -back into the game and it still did not work. I then tried the controller and this did not work the throttle either. Any clues?
 
Did you plug the wheel into the other USB before you restarted the PS4?
 
There's two selection mode for wheel with pedals, I dont remember how it's called now but that could be it. I remember having only the break working on the other setup. Make sure you're on the good one. I can take a picture of the settings tonight once I'm back at home.
 
Have a similar issue since this morning. The throttle doesn't work anymore once the car is standing. No possibility to accelerate. When exiting the pit though and having speed I manage to drive.
