T300rs gt help

just got the wheel and have a question. If I have the force feedback torque setting to 5+ the wheel will feel super heavy when turning while braking and if I force it I can hear a loud knocking sound coming from the wheel. Is this what clipping is? So 4 is the max for a t300rs?

I have a T300RS too and mine is set to 6, torque and 6 sensitivity and it feels fine for me.
To check settings / controller / steering is the actual setting (been so long since I changed it I forgot!) I ramped torque up to 10 - that is super heavy!
Best thing to do is play around with settings until you find something that suits you.

Also, my wheel is old and the motor is probably wearing out, so your new wheel might need lower settings as it's "full power".
