Does it have adjustable degrees of rotation like a 200 degree mode?

Use a PC, go into Thrustmaster properties panel and adjust to desired degree. I don't believe it is adjustable with a console, although I don't know for sure.

It's only adjustable on PC. With a console you are stuck with what the game developer wants you to use.
