T500RS can't remove wheel

I'm trying to remove the wheel from my T500RS in order to fit a 599XX add on wheel. I've undone the screw but the sleeve that looks on youtube like it spins off with no resistance is completely stuck.

Any tips on how to rotate it? I suspect it will need a tool to grip it better but I can't think what that tool might be.

Try a giant pair of pump pliers, like Chanellock 460's. Be gentle, use a cloth to prevent scratching, and make sure you are turning it in the right direction. It will spin off, mine also needed a little help to loosen.
