T500RS fan issue

I read the T500 thread and I remember a Mod asking TM for a new and improved Fan. Anyone else here who has done the same have any issues with it now? Sent my t500rs in for repair as it was inoperable and it works now and was fine the first few days, but Now the fan is operating loudly again. -sigh-
 
The cooling is jst poorly designed in the T500 and the fan is of poor quality. At some point I actually got a replacement fan (after complaining about noise levels), however this fan was exactly the same fan as the original. So the quality has never been improved of the cooling and TM just replaces a fan that is of poor quality continuously. A shame really.
