Will users [who have their settings configured to receive alerts] be alerted to tags and quotes contained within a spoiler box or would it be necessary to tag/quote them first and house the comment in a subsequent spoiler?

On another topic, are moderators capable of viewing previous versions of posts that have been edited to omit offensive comments/material? Or is the edited content only what's viewable as it is for every user (unless it's been quoted prior to editing)?

Thanks in advance.

I am pretty sure they can see every version of a post. The original, and every edit.

Users will not be alerted if they are tagged within quotes or spoilers.

Moderators can review the edit history of all posts.

Bummer on one count and fantastic on the other. @kolio I almost suggested a test should the responder not know but I figured they would. :P

Thanks again.
