Talking Ads upon Rollover

I just thought I'd report another bout of talking ads. When you roll over it with your mouse, it talks at you. It also possibly talks when you load the page, but I rolled over and loaded at about the same time, so it's hard to tell.
It's a smiley ad. Since it was flash I can't really tell much more about it, but when I clicked it, it led to:

The smiley ad was talking for me also, noticed it acouple times. I never rolled the mouse over it, it just talked when it loaded.

This is where a ringtone ad took me. It made annoying ringtone sounds on rollover.
