Last night I decided to buy a tank car for about 4.000.000 Cr. I thought that this would be rare ! However I have no idea whether this car can be traded or not. Is there anyone who might know ?

Can't be traded and can be won for free in American Championship.
Also isn't rare.

The tank car can be won in American chamionship in A-spec and inadequate for running in a narrow, one-way path and making a quick turn at corners owing to its extremely long body and heavy weight.
