I am also profoundly deaf, with bilateral hearing loss, and I wear a hearing aid (Oticon Safari) and Cochlear implant (Cochlear N5).
I currently drive a 2005 Impala as my real-world car, and my primary in-game car is the Ferrari 512BB tuned to highway spec.
