Tarmaca Challange Rally Not Loading

The Special Events Tarmaca Challange Rally is not loading. The bluebar fills up and the music plays but once it hits 100% the game just sits there... PS3 hasn't frozen either because i can still access the XMB. Any ideas ?

That happens to me also, I thought it may be a bug with the tires I put on so I rebooted tried a different set of tires and Nope same thing.

This is a bug...... Maybe it wasn't ready for release after all.
 
This happened to me.. trying to remember what fixed it. I think I might have gone into options and cleared the cache. That or I just went and did a couple other races and came back. But pretty sure it was the data cache.
 
It's happened to me a couple of times, I just restarted the game and it worked.
 
Happens to me too, i found it helped restarting GT5 without signing in online. I think it's to do with the current GT5 server problems. Not sure though.
 
I had the problem with the intermediate snow rally special event, i had to delete the installed files and let the game load from disc, it hardly affected load times either so ive just left it to load off disc
 
Same thing happened to me loads of times. The challange was tough enough without that hassel. just keep trying and it will work.
