is there any way to use your own car in two player and havetcs on cause i cant figure out how

When you use any of your cars in your garage in two player mode the car will be setup as you currently have it in simulation mode. i.e. If TCS is on in sim on the car you are using it will be on in two player mode in that same car, if you have a stage four turbo in sim mode you will have stage four turbo in two player mode, and so on.

no thats wrong i have tcs on in sim mode but its not on in two player

Many threads have been made on how to turn on the traction control in 2-player mode. One of the moderators, daan, has posted in one of the earlier threads with a lot of useful links, go through them and you should find your answer 👍
