Here's my Fanatec GT2 settings after DLC2 released. PC version.

In game:
Vibration: Middle
FFB: High
Steering sensitivity: all the way left
speed factor: all the way left
steering dampening: all the way right (found this made a bit more resistance)
deadzone: all the way left
Linearity(all): middle (i didnt play with these. For me i find the gas/brake acceptable)

wheel:
Sen: 900
FF: 100
Sho: 0
Dri: off
ABS: 80
Lin: 0
dEA: 0
SPr: 1
dPr: 2
 
hmm.. the most recent update seems to make the g27 very loose, and what feedback existed is gone now :( .. on ps3 at least.

Had to fire up GT5 to make sure there wasn't a problem with my wheel!

You can adjust force feedback in options to fix.
