Technique question: High Speed Ring's first turn

Hey all,
I'm not a great drifter, but I'm learning :)

What is your technique to getting a good drift on the first corner (the hard bank) on the High Speed Ring?

I've noticed that flying at it full-boar in my 599 works once in ten or so tries, but this is, of course, probably not great.
 
Try adapting your LSD. In case it doesnt work... i suggest you just enter it halfway before kicking the drift :D
