Telemetry - how to make use of it all?

Hey guys, just had a bit of a practice and was looking at the telemetry data afterwards and although I think I understand the basic principles of it, I have a feeling I need a deeper understanding to make proper use of it.

Does anyone know of any websites that explains the telemetry data and what to look for etc. I have googled it myself but can't find anything.
