I picked up a Ford Focus RS today, randomly, while buying up cheap cars to complete my collection. I had heard that it was a fast car, so I restored it and took it to arcade mode.

I think it may be the fastest FF car out there. I was doing 1'05s around Tsukuba with skid recovery force off. That's faster than every Japanese sports car until the new GT-R came out, I think. Wow.
 
Tire wear on, also. I'm probably wrong about it being faster than some Japanese sports cars... I really have no idea how fast the newer STIs, EVOs, ect go... But still, I was impressed by the cars I beat out on my pro difficulty 10 lap race at Tsukuba with this car.
 
it`s a very good car IRl as well, the diff makes it a bit scarrrry, but I love it!!
