Anyone tried NYC and Grand Canyon backwards for future "II" track versions? Pretty cool experience with minor problem of disabled cameras in replay. Love the NY, it's far faster than in original direction.

Today is Citta di Aria day, and Fuji and Tsukuba are excluded from the "experiment" because they'll probably have only original direction.

i wish i had NY:(

Heh, that's a great idea. I might give citta reverse a go. :D

New york isn't that good a track, it's ok. But it's just mainly straights and 90 degree corners.

I tried Citta di Aria reversed a few days ago. I think that its actually better reversed then the correct way. Hopefully it will be both directions when GT4 comes out.

Citta in reverse is actually faster and easier because the three main braking points in the original direction only need a tap to adjust the nose but otherwise you can take them at twice the speed. The first downhill (ending uphil in normal) is SO fun shooting down it at high speed into that hairpin....the other hair pin is ALOT more predictable as your car actually doesn't want to slide down the fall line on you.

Citta is sweet eitherway. I think it is the best course in the GT games I have played, definately the best street circuit.

NY in reverse isn't anything really special, I like it the normal way for the last group of 90* corners before the 59th street staight into columbus circle.

run the grand canyon backwards....good fun and feels totally different. Use the 03 imprezza WRC for optimal fun

You are all lucky....gettin a head start on things...while i still have to wait possibly 6 months....or maybe 2 months..to just race the originals! :banghead:

RacingFreak, you should count yourself lucky, these lads have been spoilt, when GT4 comes out, itll amaze you more than it will them because they woudlve already seen a portion of it. Dont get too used to it guys.

it isn't like GT4P is something difficult to get and make work. Nothing really special to it. Also the game is very limited. The only real thing to do in it is the school mode which teaches great driving lessons, much ebtter than the ones in GT3 I think. They are helping me ebcome a much better driver. You also have the 900* wheel hich at first I didn't like but when i go back to GT3 now I miss it.

I see playing GT4P as just a conditioning task to getitng used to the new gameplay and other slight quirks. When GT4 does come out I fully expect to be blown away still, even more so since I will have a skill set from GT4P and can enjoy the game from day one.
