I've been messing about with split screen video again, but using 9 streams this time. I'd like for people to download the short test video (link below) and tell me if the video plays fine on their system, if it's jerky and unsmooth, or if it doesn't play at all. Also, if you could please include your system specs with the post (e.g. Processor type and clock speed, RAM capacity) it would be much appreciated.

works fine here

Athlon XP 3000+
512mb

Fine here too.

Athlon 1800
256mb

Good, thanks for taking the time to try it out. I had suspected that anything under 2GHz clock might struggle slightly, but I'm glad it's running well on an Athlon 1800 :)

That's quite cool actualy. 👍

It was fine, maybe a little jerkey. Towards the end it would go in fast motion to catch up with what it was playing:

Pentium M 1.4 Ghz
512 RAM.

CPU load at 93-94% for that extra bit of info. :p

Edit: I had photoshop running in the background, fine now. :O

Good to hear. That Pentium M chip must be pretty efficient 👍

This sounds like a codec problem. Download and install this codec pack

As you've got the info you need, I'll just lock it.
