a quick question, is the standard AE86 worth working with, or do you recommend me to stick to the S.S version?

The standard AE86 is a good car to drift with, but it's not the easiest one. Give it a shot, and if you like it use it; if you don't get back to it later.

As for hp I agree that for a regular 86 283 hp is a little high. However the SS has way more grip and 283 should be quite good for a track like cote, at least that's how I would drive it. But remember you don’t really NEED hp you just need the skill to use it.

I though you didn't have enough hp cus your revs would drop quite low and the car would practically stall on some of your drifts. But this is not the case, I think you just need to stay on the throttle a little longer. You aren’t using traction control are you?

Someone mentioned a "key" before and it the end the only “key” is practice, when you start drifting it just important that your settings aren’t terribly bad. When you get better, settings may give you your own style and that little edge that you need to be just that much better.

One more thing, your entrances are quite excellent on some turns, most people learn how to exit a turn before they learn how to enter them. I think timing entrances is much more difficult then holding a drift on the exit so you are doing quite well on your own. Keep it up.

No traction control here :)

The stalling part was due to me missing a gear :O

I will continue my practicing, and continue to tune my settings so they will become even better....and of course try getting wider angles ;)
