Hey guys, just wanted to share this. I bought the case from Polycase. It's only $3, but the shipping is very expensive (more than $10). Overall it's worth the purchase.

First I wanted to cut out holes precisely matching the PCB connector ports, but then realized I might need more than one case to succeed
so I decided to enlarge the holes and cover them with more accurate connector cutouts out of some kind of thin plastic that will match the case's texture. And I recalled I had leftover of a black plastic folder, which matched perfectly.
The box has only two mounting bases and they are in the center, so I cut them out and super-glued the four white ones I bought at a local hardware store. When buying, just make sure they are approximately the same size as the original ones.
I didn't do my best in shaping the box, as it's not going to be visible on the Sim Rig I almost finished (will create a dedicated thread when it's complete) but I think it's good enough
