I currently have the Fanatec CSR wheel and pedals, which I've owned for a couple of years now. Recently, I noticed my pedals were spiking, so having decided 'nothing ventured, nothing gained, I videoed this and e mailed it to Fanatec.
I got a reply very quickly, saying that it looked like the problem was caused by the pcb, but that unfortunately my pedals were out of warranty, and all they could suggest was taking the pedals apart carefully and attempt to clean the pcb as they didn't sell the pcb seperately.
Well, I'd known that my pedals were out of warranty, so I thanked them for their response and thought nothing more of it. Imagine my surprise then, only a short time later, to get another e mail from the person I had been speaking to, to say that they had disassembled a set of CSR pedals that day, and remembering that I needed a pcb could therefore offer me one for £10.00 posted! Needless to say I was delighted to take them up on the offer, and the pcb duly arrived, from Germany, three days later.
Now, I don't know about anyone else, but I thought that was brilliant. They didn't have to offer me the pcb, my pedals WERE out of warranty, and I was truly impressed and grateful they they went the extra mile to help me out.
