The 0 pp car

As of update 1.31, the old Fiat 500 can get to and below 0 pp. It may work with other parts but I use wide wheels plus front and rear aerodynamics to get to 0.01 pp. Maybe it could be a fun challenge to build the fastest 0.01 pp car possible and try to win campaign events with it.

Also, you know you can just push the triangle button to re-measure PP, rather than go all the way to push that measure button? Just felt like you might appreciate knowing.
