Welcome to the Spring of 2005 BMW 320 Challenge.
a 20 race series of grueling competition between drivers and thier teams in the BMW 320i Touring Car '03
Thats right this is a series of real skill. An easy car to be smooth in but can you be fast? It will take everything you know about racing to gain those precious few tenths over your oppenents. So come compete on the toughest circuits in GT4 with a car thats not a rocketship in the ultimate test of driving skill.
Information
You will be doing 2 races. Both races will in arcade mode but one will be a time trial competition for teh fastest lap. you can gain a few extra points here, which can add a new twist to the series. So you will submit 2 times. 1 for the total time of the race it self which is to be done in Single Race in Aracade mode. The other is your lap record set in time trial in arcade mode.
You will be allowed to do anything to the car in arcade mode, Tire Compund, Horsepower, Weight anything that you can alter in arcade mode is acceptable.
Your times are not final once the winner is posted for each event. You can be protested by one or more drivers. At that point your are guilty of cheating unless you can prove otherwise. So I strongly Recommend you save your Replays and take screenshots so you can prove protesters wrong. because if ou prove them wrong they get a penalty. Hopefully the Guilty until proven innocent will be effective in thinning out cheaters. Because anyone can protest and they dont need a reason other than your time is faster than thiers. And if you cant prove that you set that time legally than you dont deserve to have it, and it will be removed from the boards meaning all your points for personal and team are gone. as you get a DQ (Disqualified) for that race.
Also I will be keeping very detailed statistics to make things more interesting like which team and driver have the best overall Series Time and which team had the best AVG time for an event, these statistics wont affect the score but they are interesting facts and such. Provide drivers and team something to brag about.

Although not required to submit times, Its a very good idea as well as highly recommended to Save a Replay of the race and lap time, as well as take a picture of the results with a digital camera. this way if you get protested by another driver you can prove your time and the protester gets a 3pt fine for being a *****. but if you get caught cheating, meaning you cant back up that fast time, then you get a 5pt fine and suspended for 1 race. even if you really did set the time I dont care i want you to prove it.
so heres what the penalties are for cheating.
1st Offense - 8pt Score Penalty and a 1 race suspension
2nd Offense - 12pt Score Penalty and a 3 race suspension
3rd Offense - 25pt Score Penalty and expulsion from the series
If you prove yourself not guilty than the protester(s) each get a 3pt Penalty for being a whiny *****. I will have no mercy on anyone. I my self will be saving my replays I SUGGEST! RECOMMEND AND ENCOURAGE YOU TO DO THE SAME! Dont have all your hard work taken away for no reason.
