All you have to do to be a member of this club is follow the following guidelines:
1. Can only get to 99% of VC due to some glitch, weather it be cuz you cheated or your copy of the game is just screwed up.
2. Are not against cheating.
3. Add The 99% club sig somewhere in your sig. (the exeact sig still needs to be decided)
