The ability to flash your headlights while driving a standard car

Currently, you can only switch between low and high beams when driving a standard when it's dark. You should be able to flash your headlights when driving a standard when it's during the day. It shouldn't be too hard for Polyphony to implement this since you can switch between high or low beams when the track is dark.
