Well I'm now Level 40 in B-Spec and so is my main B-Spec Driver. I got the trophy 'Excellent Manager' for reaching Level 40, but I think I've hit a problem. Because I'm level 40 I don't get any xp, and my driver isn't getting any further in his career bar. Meaning that his career bar will never fill up, therefore stopping me getting 'The Air of Experience' trophy.

Does anyone know if this is the case? Or does the career bar fill up on wins alone and nothing to do with xp points. If it helps my B-Spec driver has won 362 races in total. Thanks
 
No, the career bar can still fill up. The driver must be used offline in order for this to happen.
