The Best Grind?

Hi All,

Before I get shouted at, I have tried to search under Grind, best grind etc with nothing obvious jumping out at me.

I am level 24.

Which A-Spec race is the best for em to grind out XP, and which is th best for me to grind out Creds?

Does this change when i get to lvl 30? 40?
