The biggest race flush

The biggest flush in a race for me was at the end of a 10 race series in the Mazda rx8 and I needed to win. The last lap about 7 seconds in the lead and smack catch the inside of the last corner in the Monaco circuit sending me into a spin leaving me facing the wrong way. All I could do is watch the whole grid go flying past, shortly followed by my controller.
Has anyone done any worse?

Ive done races like that before. Where im in the lead and all of a sudden a wall jumps out infront of me :D :D :D Bye the way you have a KICK A** AVATAR!!!!!:D :D :D :D

///M325i - Someone told me you don't like Monaco track. Was this because of your biggest flush to date??

I think my biggest flush was after a monster ruby and I had to tripple flush that mutha down:D

Aw man, I'm right there with you. I think it was Tokyo reversed, and I came around the last corner headed for the strait and took my Skyline right into wall. Somehow (don't know how) I killed an eight second lead, and I couldn't get going again until everyone went whistling by. I was stuck in the barrels and when I'd back out, someone else would ram me right back in.

ARRRRRRR!!!!

Man - I had that last night, although I was well in front so it didn' affect the result (took me 20 secs to get the car out of the barrier, though).

I was running the Midfield II round of the Polyphony cup in my bog standard NSX on race tyres, up pit straight heading towards that nasty downhill left/right combination.

I drafted and lapped a Mitsu Lancer TME, headed over the hill and turned left. I was a bit long on the brake and was carrying a fair bit of oversteer past the apex of the left hander - a bit of a problem considering the right hander coming up, but I had it in hand.

Note the past tense - I copped a little tap on the back left corner from the Lancer, and I was done. I half caught it, slid down the road sideways, and finished nose first into the barrier. Ba$#@rd!!!

Took a bit of getting out of there, I must say.
 
That sucks man.

I hate it when that happens when you stop facing the barrier, so you have to reverse then spend the next 20 sec wheel spinning, high Bhp that is.
 
The biggest flush GVX has done was trying to buy the hardware for a 3 player linkup ! Hooaha ha ha ha ha ha.......

special licence - after an hour of trying S2 - distracted by housemate mid corner and then 1 THOUSANDTH of a second out!! I did actually try to bite my sofa in frustration.
