Welcome to the BMW Cup 1Hr endurance series. This is a semi-serious fun having series that consists only of BMW Gr.3 cars.

General Information:

This is a weekly event taking place on Sundays with the lobby opening at 8P.M. BST (British Standard Time).
All BMW Gr.3 cars are allowed to partake in this series.

Race Information:

Race Type: 1 Hour endurance (If there is a disconnection from the host the race will be re-run at half distance ((30 minutes))
Start Type: Grid Start with False Start Check.
Tire/Fuel Settings: 6x / 2x
Mechanical Damage: Off
Visible Damage: On
Tuning: Prohibited
BOP: On
Tires: RSS - RH
Flags and Penalties: On
Boost: Off
Slipstream: Realistic

Race Day Procedure:

All times are in BST
8:00 PM - Lobby opens and free practice begins.
8:30 PM - Qualifying starts, and lasts for 15 minutes.
8:45 PM - Race begins directly after qualifying.
9:45 PM - Race ends. Race result confirmed and points given shortly after the race.

Car and Livery Restrictions:

Only Gr.3 BMW's are permitted for this series being:
- BMW M6 GT3
- BMW Z4 GT3
- BMW M3 GT3

Liveries can be as creative as you wish so long as they are not offensive or racist.

Points System:

The points system is identical to the system used in Formula 1 including the bonus point for fastest lap:

1st. 25 Points.
2nd. 18 Points.
3rd. 15 Points.
4th. 12 Points.
5th. 10 Points.
6th. 8 Points.
7th. 6 Points.
8th. 4 Points.
9th. 2 Points.
10th. 1 Points.
fastest Lap: 1 Points.

Penalties:

Post race penalties will be given to drivers who have caused an incident and the victim of the incident has lodged a complaint of such.

Penalties are simple and vary depending on the seriousness of the incident.

Either a 5 second post race penalty will be given and results of the race will be adjusted or;

A stop and go penalty for the next race will be given.

If the incident is judged to have been very severe both of these penalties may be applied.

Qualifying Etiquette:

When qualifying begins all drivers may go as fast or slow as they please so long as they move out of the way of drivers on a flying lap. If found to be in violation of this one rule an above penalty will be given at the discretion of the hosts.
