Now that the cat is out of the bag (and running down the block at full sprint), I propose that those of us without those little niggling moral hang-ups with respect to trading convene to get the cars we want. :sly:

So how about a borrow thread? Each person agrees to lend one car for a day (or less) in exchange for one of the borrower's car to keep.

I'll go first. I would like to borrow a Red Bull X1, a formula GT, or an F10.

In exchange, you can have an F2007, Citroen GT concept or road car, Peugeot 908 (either livery), R10, Tom's Supra, Sauber C9, R89C, 905, Impreza WRC 2008, Alfa Giulia, XJ220, BTR, or perhaps something else.

While I know this is a controversial topic, I do not intend to court controversy. So pretty please with sugar on top, leave your judgment at the door.

Look, I'm fine with those who take pleasure in hurling insults at strangers on an open internet forum while maintaining such a healthy sense of moral superiority. I wish I could be so certain of my own sense of morality.

However, I will enjoy the game that I purchased rights to in a way that I choose. I don't race online, I've never traded before, and I don't intend to trade again once I have obtained those 3 cars.

PD has chosen to include the features that are now at my disposal, without any input from me, knowing full well of its consequences. Now that this feature is available, I intend to use it. And that's all there is to it.

Man its up to you and you got your rights and opinions which is cool, personally I dont agree with it but thats just me.

Anyway im not going to be the only person on gt5 without an X1 so sign me up! I hate it but needs must lol ;)
