Moderators! Before you lock this thread for the title, let me explain. This thread is for people to share their experiences with different cars with other members because sadly there is no test drive mode in GT6. Imagine spending 10M credits on a powerful race car, just to find out its undrivable. If your considering buying an expensive car, see if any other members have bought it so they can tell you what its like and if its worth driving. I'll start with the Ford GT40 Mk.1:

Absolutely brilliant car to drive, so stable at all speeds and definitely worth buying 👍 Only problem is the 4-Speed that was America's idea of high tech, but you can simply put a 5-Speed in it. Its also a beautiful car, and you can give it a racing kit with canards and intakes as well

McLaren MP4-12C. The thing is an absolute beast, and in a good way. The sheer amount of stability and grip it exhibits around corners is mind-blowing, and you can slam the gas down on corner exit without any drama at all, even with TCS off (which is really the best way to experience this car). The brakes are also quite powerful, but the stupid amounts of grip make it next to impossible to lock them up as long as you don't go slamming them on. Overall, I can't recommend this car highly enough. It's just such a blast to drive! :D

It is also a great drag car for those interested. Upper 7's low 8's in the 1/4 with no bottle.

R18 from Audi and the FAP race car.

Most of my tuned cars are 400 to 600 pp on no more than sports softs though, not many super cars, or race cars.

Explain why their good please?..

Those cars are very fast and handle very well. Simple. Now go buy them, maybe even 2.

Suzuki GSX/R -

Intro - This concept car is an extremely powerful force to be reckoned with. It is probably one of the easiest cars in the game to drive, simply because of the faultless handling. It's PP is much lower than what it deserves, and because of this, it will absolutely dominate anything at 500pp, and also a very strong competitor at 450pp and 550pp.

Description - It's hard to fault such an easy car to drive. Off-the-line I found it out-accelerated cars such as the Focus RS which are known to be dominant cars at their respective PP range. In the Corners it is just perfect. MR cars are known to have very sharp steering, but if not controlled correctly can oversteer and spin out. This car only has the latter quality, as it feels as stable as an FF car, but turns like MR. If wheel spin occurs, you won't even notice it. You are going to be doing most of the overtaking in the Corners, if you aren't propelled straight into 1st off the line.

Outro - In the end, this doesn't really feel like a 'Car'. More like a very stable Kart. For an example of what this car is capable of, I won the Willow Springs 10-lap event detuned to 450pp in this car against 650pp supercars, and it was actually easy. While they destroyed me on the straights, in the turns I left them in the dust. It also required not a single pit, so note this is very easy on the tires and fuel. Online against cars at 500pp, I won easily. Though to be honest because this is a Concept car, (A concept racer at that) some hosts may simply disallow the car. And rightfully so. [Thank Dotini for introducing me to this car, I used his tune too]

Summary -

Acceleration - 7/10 (Off-the line it is great, however the faster you go it falls behind)

Speed - 5/10 at 450pp, 6/10 at 500pp, 4/10 at 550pp (Compared to other cars at PP range)

Handling - 9/10 (Very balanced, no real understeer/oversteer bias, no grip problems either, reacts badly to one of the wheels going off though)

Looks - 2/10 (Looks like a pile of ****)

Fun - 5/10 (Remember 5 doesn't mean bad, but the car can be bland at times)
