The cars in the dealership, can they be won?

So am a bit "afraid" of spending money to buy cars in the dealership, since am wondering if they may be won from something later down the line.

So do anyone know if some of the cars in the dealership can be won at any point? Like for example the Nissan GT-R V-Spec 2009?
