I want to start an intiative to form an organization called The Coalition to Give Gil a New Avatar.

Gil is a great member, and he has had the same avatar for a year and a half. Even neon duke has changed his a few times.

I don't know if he wants one, but I going on the assumption that once he sees some great avatars created especially for him, he just might use one.

I think he'd probably like something having to do with old T-birds. Here's my contribution:
