The Daihatsu MIRA is not a bad car after all.

Today, I had tuned my MIRA to 202 HP to see it when it's tuned, and when I tried it out I thought "This doesn't feel like a Kei Car anymore". It felt fast like a Tuner and it handled well like the Lotus Elise (But better).

Then later today I went to show my friend my MIRA's power, and he said it was speedy. So I told him to get his 271 HP Levin out to race. It turned out with my MIRA winning the race, and then I understood that this MIRA is very fast.

It takes 8 seconds to get to 60 MPH (Fast for a Kei Car). It also has a top speed of 150-167 MPH.

The weight reduction I did on this car really made it fly on the corners, leaving few smoke.

There is one Con though. If you don't start it out right, this car will start out very slowly.

That's my review of this wonderful MIRA.

Lately I've started dabbling in the Daihatsu's and I must say that I am decently impressed with them as well. I think if I had to start over I'd like to see how far I could progress in the game Daihatsu only.

Waiting to find the Sirion X4 '00. Seems like it would do alright and if I find myself a MIRA I'll have to give it a go to as per your recommendation. 👍

I'm obsessed with Kei's

Tuned Kei cars can be pretty fast. My RMded and fully tuned Cappucino does the 'Ring in 7:44 (not bad considering it has 133hp [although it only weighs 590kg])

Glad to see more and more gamers seeing the potential of the little cars :) I used to love building giant-killing 190bhp Keis in GT2.

I did a dedicated thread on how surprising some of the cars that appear 'slow' can be. My VW Beetle with 21 different race wins under its belt is example of that, but it suffers from horrendous turbo lag, like you said with the Cuore, be careful how you start. These cars all have light weight on their side so they have the power/weight ratios of supercars virtually.
