The Diablo GT

Ive seen the Diablo GT once when i was racing and am wondering how the hell do you get this car? Is it just one that you could only buy in certain versions of the game (I got PAL by the way) I know that i have seen this car then i forgot about it for a while but i always wanted to drive it cause it looks sick.

So to get this car you need a Action Replay to hack the game and put it into your garage. Isnt there a way to win it. If there is no way to win it why even put it in the game.
